Anonymous said...: I'm not entirely sure what his reasoning is here. It may be something that is lost in translation. I understand that he thinks that a big, perhaps outrages lie, maybe easier to convince the masses. I'm just unsure about his reasoning and why. Any chance you can comment?; 6 February 2007 at 23:05

Indeed because most people prefer living in peace to bloody and horrific death in war, any government that desires to initiate a war usually lies to their people to create the illusion that support for the war is the only possible choice they can make.; 6 February 2007 at 23:43
